These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our webshop and related services. By using our webshop, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Products and Prices
We strive to present accurate product descriptions and prices on our webshop. However, we reserve the right to change prices and product descriptions without prior notice. All prices on mcoo.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Ordering and Payment
When you place an order on our webshop, it is a legally binding contract between you and mcoo.dk. You must pay for your goods by following the payment methods specified on the webshop. Payments are secured and encrypted for your safety. We reserve the right to refuse orders or change orders if errors occur in prices, inventory or other matters.

Delivery and Shipping
Delivery times and costs will be indicated during the checkout process. We endeavour to deliver goods on time, but we accept no responsibility for delays beyond our control. The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery.

Right of withdrawal and returns
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. You must return the goods in substantially the same condition as they were received. We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.

Special conditions for Pre-orders
When you order one or more items in connection with a pre-order, your right of withdrawal lapses. Since this is a pre-order of items, we will deduct the money at the time of order and not at the time of shipment.

Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy describes how we collect, store and process your personal data. By using our webshop, you accept our privacy policy.

Limitation of liability
mcoo.dk assumes no liability for any direct or indirect loss, consequential damage or injury arising from your use of our webshop. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Choice of Law and Disputes
These terms of service are subject to Danish law. Any dispute between the parties shall be resolved amicably. If a solution cannot be found, the dispute shall be settled by the Danish courts.
